One more step before Boy's tryouts tomorrow

A note from the QUAD DOME

  1.  ALL of the participants(or parents of under-18s) and coaches to complete our facility waiver BEFORE they participate.
  2. This is SIMPLE, just tell folks to go to: > WAIVER OR LOGIN and choose either:
  3. Returning Member (again, adult/parents):
    1. [Add Child] if not already added
    2. Just Login once to be sure waiver, is current and, if needed:
    3. Quick New Member: Parents fill out THEIR info, then [Add Child] along the way...OR
    4. MANY EYLA parent/kids are indeed already in our database, they should all login at least once to ensure waiver has not expired!

This must be completed prior to tryouts.

Message from New EYLA President

Dear EYLA Community,

I wanted to let you know that I just recently took over as President of Evanston Youth Lacrosse Association.  Special thanks to my predecessor, Peter Fitzgerald, for serving as EYLA’s President the past several years, and I look forward to continuing Peter’s terrific efforts in that role.

My primary goals as President are to ensure that EYLA, which is a not-for-profit community-based youth sports organization, continues to provide high quality lacrosse programs in Evanston and is a positive representative of our Evanston community.   We have a tremendous group of Board members, Program Directors (Beth Skidmore and Rob Fournie), coaches, volunteers and families which make EYLA a fantastic organization and provide a solid foundation for accomplishing those goals.

I have been playing lacrosse since I was a kid growing up in Baltimore and love seeing how much the sport has grown in the Midwest, especially here in Evanston.   I first became involved with EYLA nearly six years ago when I contacted EYLA about programs for our then almost five-year old son and offered to help out with coaching his team. My involvement with EYLA since then, as a volunteer coach and Board member, has been truly rewarding and I urge other parents to find opportunities to get involved with EYLA.  It is through your involvement that we can continue to grow lacrosse here in Evanston and ensure that EYLA remains a great organization. If you are interested in volunteering at some level with EYLA, please let us know by sending an email to

Thanks for your support!
David Singer - EYLA President
